Staci Fraley joined the Richmond Fed in 2022 as a web content analyst for the Research Department, where she manages the posting and maintenance of the department's content on the public website. She also works to boost the engagement and reach of that content through search engine optimization and other usability improvements.

Fraley graduated from Mountain Empire Community College with an associate's degree in the Computer Software Specialist program. She is also IC3 certified in digital literacy.
