Banking Research & Data

The Federal Reserve System produces a variety of data to enhance transparency about the financial services industry. This section includes links to data on individual institutions, the banking industry, and the economy.

Additionally, we have teams of financial economists, research and surveillance analysts that perform a wide variety of research on the implications of current economic and financial developments for supervised institutions; as well as develop tools and analytical products and services related to the financial sector, with the overall goal of promoting sound supervisory policy.
